Credits are how couples' enquiries reach you on Akad.

1 credit per enquiry
Each new enquiry you receive uses 1 credit. Replying within a conversation is always free.
Subscriptions are unlimited
On a paid plan, enquiries don't use credits at all.
You started with free credits
Your account came with credits so you could start receiving enquiries right away.
If you run out
New enquiries are held for you, not lost — they appear locked in your inbox, where you can unlock and reply. Couples are also shown other ways to reach you in the meantime.

How long does approval take?

Usually under 24 hours if standards are met.

Can I target by state?

Yes. Home Cards and Hero are state-specific.
